Villa Máxima is rented whole, to one group at a time. Choose your arrival and departure dates to see live availability and the total for your stay, taxes and fees included.

Nightly rates

• December – January$5,800 per night
• February – June$4,800 per night
• July – September$3,800 per night
• October – November$4,800 per night

To confirm

50% of the total, due on booking, secures your dates.

Balance

The remaining 50%, due no later than 90 days before arrival.

Security deposit

$4,500, refundable after departure.

The rental

Whole villa only, for one group at a time, sleeping up to 16 guests.

Minimum stay

5 nights.

Check in / out

3:00 PM and 11:00 AM. Early and late may be possible on request.
